Our Values at St Mark's
St Mark's Church Preschool is a non-profit making charity and we have more than 40 years experience in providing children with the best possible start in life. We are located within St Mark's Church Community Center which is an outstanding location to provide a safe, caring, secure environment where children are nurtured and find enjoyment in developing their skills, knowledge and attitudes. We provide all day care for children from the age of 2 years right through to school age.
At St Mark's Church Preschool our teaching staff are our strength. We have extremely well qualified teachers who have many years of experience and we provide a high teacher to child ratio. Every child is different, every child is special and so we take time to develop unique learning plans for each child to ensure that we fully cultivate each child`s individual personality, developing their full potential.

Latest Ofsted Report
St Mark's was inspected by Ofsted in November 2021 who said that we were 'Good in all areas'
The report praised the extensive support for families. 'The staff are acutely aware of when families need support and offer a broad range of additional services. All families are warmly welcomed into the pre-school. ' We were delighted to be rated 'Good' in all areas and particulalry pleased that the Ofsted inspection commented that the children at St Mark's 'squeal with delight as staff join in their running games.'
